Job description


1. According to the company's business development needs, grasp the recruitment needs of various departments in a timely manner, select effective recruitment channels and organize the implementation to ensure the smooth completion of recruitment tasks;


2. Understand industry trends, establish talent maps, and put forward rationalization suggestions for talent trends and recruitment strategies;


3. Responsible for the on-boarding procedures, probation period management, monthly attendance, supplementary payment of social security provident fund, resignation interviews and other work of the supported departments;


4. Other force-related work and other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements

1. Have certain human resources professional knowledge, be proficient in using common office software, and understand various national labor and personnel laws and policies;

2. Cheerful and lively personality, identify with the company culture, proactive, responsible, self-motivated and career-minded;
