Job description


Optics


1. High-precision lithography optical system scheme planning;


2. Optical simulation of high-precision lithography optical system;


3. Splitting of high-precision lithography optical system indicators;


4. High-precision photogrametry optical system assembly and detection scheme planning;


Organization


1. Analyze and design the system architecture and implementation scheme according to the upper-level requirements documents;


2. Take the structural design as the input condition, and given the corresponding boundary conditions, establish a simplified model and a discrete numerical model to simulate thermodynamics and hydrodynamics;


3. Process and analyze the simulation results, give suggestions for improvement or design optimization plans;


4. Complete the writing of design documents and analysis documents;


5. Participate in the review and review of optical, electromechanical heat transfer;


6. Assist in the flow field and thermal parameter testing of components and systems;


7. Prepare patents;



Vertical/horizontal


1. Participate in the vertical/horizontal design of the LDI exposure machine, decompose the indicators layer by layer according to the requirements of the whole machine indicators, and give the index requirements of each component level;


2. Design simulation/test schemes according to the definition of each indicator item;


3. According to the simulation/test results of each indicator item, analyze the relevant data and give the direction of improvement;


4. Responsible for the design of vertical/horizontal calibration scheme and the calibration test of the new machine.

Job requirements


1. Solid mathematical skills (probability theory, matrix theory, vector geometry, calculus) and have the ability to combine engineering problems with mathematical models;


2. Good scientific and technological English reading ability;


3. Good document writing ability;


4. Be proficient in using Minitab/Python and other related software for data analysis, algorithm modeling and other work;


5. Have good organizational coordination ability and teamwork spirit;


6. Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance;


7. Strong systematic thinking ability and technological innovation ability.
